Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range for this position reflects a nationwide market range and indicates the variety of compensation across the country for this role. The actual salary will be influenced by several factors including the role’s complexity, the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. Our comprehensive compensation and benefits program also includes eligibility for performance-based cash awards.

$169,400.00 - $279,600.00

As a key member of AI and Emerging Technology Architecture, you will work with senior Technology and Business leaders to architect innovative AI systems that create real business value while adhering to ethical standards.

In this role, you will:

Utilize your expertise in AI/ML to design scalable, production-level AI solutions across the organization. Provide consultancy to division architects, ensuring architecture alignment across business lines. Align AI capabilities with strategic business needs, focusing on reusability and responsible design. Establish governance and risk controls to ensure safe and compliant AI deployments. Communicate evolving AI platform strategies and competitive insights to inform enterprise initiatives. Foster collaboration and understanding of complex AI concepts across diverse teams. What Will You Do?

Scope: Lead architecture efforts across multiple technology and business domains. Technical Execution: Drive technology proof of concepts and minimize technical debt. Strategic Accountability: Provide thought leadership on modern architecture principles. What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

Technical Expertise & Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience, with 8-10 years in architecture. Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and mentorship. Strategic & Business Acumen: Significant experience working in agile models and driving transformational change. Insurance technology experience is preferred. Effective Communication: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills. Proven AI Experience: Hands-on knowledge of scalable AI systems and MLOps practices. What is a Must Have?

Bachelor's degree in computer science, STEM field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of software engineering/architecture experience. 2+ years of technical leadership experience. What Is in It for You?
