Technical Expertise & Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent, with 8 to 10 years of architecture experience.Proven executive experience in complex, large-scale technology strategies and modern technologies.Leadership & Influence: Remarkable leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with architecture and engineering leaders, build credibility, and strengthen the Architecture organization.Strategic & Business Acumen: Extensive experience in Agile operational models and transformational change.Advanced experience supporting technology target states and roadmaps aligned with both short-term and long-term business goals.Insurance technology experience is a plus.Strong understanding of value creation and business capability models in the insurance sector.Advanced communication skills for impactful information sharing and decision-making.What is a Must Have?
