Key Responsibilities Lead research and development of innovative architectural concepts, typologies, and systems. Stay at the forefront of global architectural trends, material science, and digital fabrication. Ensure the highest standards of design quality and technical execution are met. Requirements Master of Architecture degree or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on research and design theory. 12+ years of progressive architectural experience, including significant contributions to design innovation and research. A portfolio demonstrating experimental and critically acclaimed design work. Expertise in advanced design software, parametric design tools (e.g., Grasshopper), and digital fabrication techniques. Deep understanding of architectural history, theory, and contemporary practice. Exceptional ability to conceptualize, articulate, and execute complex design ideas. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Experience managing complex projects and fostering collaborative environments. Professional Architect license is highly desirable. Must be eligible to work in Provo, Utah and contribute to the local design community.
