This unique position combines high-level system design with practical AI engineering. The ideal candidate will envision complex AI ecosystems while being ready to prototype or code to test ideas. Your work will involve collaborating with AI, data, product, and engineering teams to establish scalable architectures for AI-driven applications, integrating large language models (LLMs), data pipelines, and enterprise systems seamlessly.

Your Responsibilities:

AI Architecture & Solution Design: Create system architectures for AI and LLM-based solutions, ensuring they are scalable, modular, and optimized for low-latency inference.Prototyping & Validation: Develop minimal viable prototypes to test architecture concepts and evaluate the latest AI frameworks for integration.Implementation Management: Facilitate IT restructuring to adopt new systems and oversee performance and governance as solutions evolve.Communication & Collaboration: Articulate compelling narratives translating complex ideas for diverse audiences, mentor teams, and conduct technical workshops.Team Management: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring they thrive in their roles.Innovation & Growth: Stay current with advancements in AI systems and drive innovative solutions that push boundaries.What You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.Over 10 years of technology consulting or software engineering experience, with at least 5 years focused on architecture.Strong expertise in software architecture and distributed systems.Proven track record in designing or scaling AI/ML or LLM-based applications.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TensorFlow, or others.Familiarity with modern AI frameworks (LangChain, Google ADK, etc.).Ready to make a difference?
