Frame Architecture, Inc is seeking a licensed Architect ready to step into a Principal‑level leadership role with a clear, structured path to firm ownership. This opportunity is designed for an architect who doesn’t just lead projects—but wants to lead a company.

Founded in 2003, Frame Architecture has built a strong regional reputation through work in commercial, multi‑family, public works, and industrial sectors. With the founding Principal planning to retire within five years, the firm is intentionally positioning its next leader to assume full operational authority and eventual ownership.

This is not an associate or senior architect role. It is a chance to run a practice, shape culture, and guide the firm into its next era.

Leadership Role

Direct day‑to‑day firm operationsLead client relationships, contracts, and business executionAssign and manage staff and project teamsOversee recruitment, procurement, and resource planningSet expectations for quality, accountability, and deliveryPartner with the founder on strategic transition and ownership planning
