Seeking an experienced Principal Architect, Identity Systems, the full-time role will lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-wide Identity and Directory Services solutions, providing strategic technical leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure Identity and Directory Services solutions Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineering and architecture teams, fostering innovation and collaboration Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and develop architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals Required qualifications Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Identity and Directory Services within complex enterprise environments Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale enterprise technology solutions Experience leading and mentoring technical teams while driving collaboration and operational excellence Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for managing program deliverables and technical documentation
