Role Summary The Principal Architect will provide overall direction and leadership of the development of architectural designs, construction documents and specifications, and may serve as the Architect of Record for assigned projects. This position will be responsible for providing strategic direction, operational excellence and relationship management with all stakeholders for projects where JE Dunn provides professional design services, driving the contracting and business development in order to meet or exceed all design targets. Responsible for the delivery of architectural design services, the development of culture and the execution of processes. Responsible for professional service delivery, and will have project responsibilities including client management, project leadership, and technical guidance. Develops and/or assists in defining overall team project pursuit plan and win strategy, including strategic proposal development to achieve business development and financial goals.
