Leading architectural initiatives for retail platforms, the full-time Principal Architect - Retail will drive AI-driven solutions and ensure alignment with business strategies while collaborating with senior stakeholders and development teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Influence architecture across multiple platforms and mentor development teams while partnering with senior Ops and Technology leadership Translate business and product strategies into scalable solution architectures and multi-year technology roadmaps Drive execution of the Retail technology vision through ownership of architecture and platform roadmaps, balancing short-term delivery with long-term objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience 12+ years of experience in at least two IT disciplines, including Application/Solution architecture and Technical/Infrastructure architecture 5+ years of experience with large-scale Retail, Supply Chain, or ERP systems Experience leading development or product management teams for 5+ years 2+ years working in an Agile model
