15+ years of experience required managing multi-disciplinary teams, serving as the client liaison, and solving complex challenges with creative, elegant solutions; 5+ years of recent and relevant Rail, Bus facility experience. Work with the Practice Group Manager and Leaders in Transit to grow the transit practice in the regionLeverage your existing experience and relationships with the national and global experience of the firm to grow your respective marketDevelop and maintain key relationships within our internal organizationLead and facilitate cross-sector / discipline / office efforts through collaboration and the development of inter-office relationshipsDevelop and grow client relationships primarily in Urban Mixed-Use development, high rise residential, hospitality and commercial office sectors, primarily in the areaDevelop and maintain key contacts in that industryLead and participate in pursuits for business development including writing and reviewing cost and technical proposals.Manage projects including develop cost proposals, work breakdown structures, monitor and adapt both through the life of projects.Create and update risk management plansQA/QC small to complex projects and be the Architect of Record (AOR) on projects around the United States.
