Principal - Architecture

We are seeking a Principal- Architecture to provide leadership across project delivery, client relationships, business development, and people management in our St. Louis office. Serve as principal in charge on key projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from proposal through completion Lead client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for major engagements Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and financial performance goals Drive quality control, risk management, and successful project outcomes Execute business development strategies and cultivate relationships with clients and strategic partners Identify new business opportunities and support firm growth initiatives Lead and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture Support execution of strategic and operational plans in alignment with firm leadership Monitor performance trends and adapt strategies to meet business and market demands
