We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Demand & Capacity Planner to lead the transformation and subsequent sustaining of planning capabilities within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. Demand & Wafer Start Planning Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).12+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or planning.Strong understanding of:Semiconductor wafer fab operationsRe-entrant manufacturing flowsCycle time drivers and variabilityWIP management, bottlenecks, and throughput optimization.Proven experience building planning systems from Excel/manual processes.Hands-on experience with MES, ERP, and Data analytics systems.Expertise in developing wafer start and capacity models.
