About Your Role Provide enterprise-wide architectural leadership for infrastructure and platform services supporting low-latency, high-throughput, and highly resilient systems.Define and evolve reference architectures, architectural principles, and design standards used across multiple teams and technology domains.Lead the design of complex systems end-to-end—from bare metal and operating systems through networking, storage, and distributed platform services.Drive architectural decisions that materially improve reliability, resiliency, observability, and operability at scale.Influence standards for business continuity, disaster recovery, security controls, vulnerability management, and governance.Architect platforms that enable and integrate with IT service management (ITSM), configuration management databases (CMDBs), lifecycle management, and operational governance frameworks.Evaluate emerging technologies and guide responsible adoption, including streaming data platforms, modern data architectures, and machine-learning-enabled systems.Act as a technical mentor and thought leader, providing architecture reviews, design guidance, and hands-on problem solving for the organization’s most complex challenges.
