To drive next-generation commercial platform innovation, the full-time Principal Innovation Architect will define and evolve a Common Services architecture that modernizes monetization and customer interaction models, while collaborating closely with various teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve the Common Services architecture to enable modern monetization and customer lifecycle capabilities
Lead POCs and pilots to validate new commercial capabilities before broad adoption
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end commercial outcomes and translate business strategy into architectural patterns
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in enterprise, platform, or solution architecture with strong commercial systems exposure
Deep experience with commercial platforms, particularly Salesforce and modern web architectures
Proven track record of leading POCs or innovation initiatives with rapid onboarding to new technologies
Hands-on architectural experience with APIs, integrations, identity, and data platforms
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving problem spaces
