A professional degree in landscape architecture with 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role.Professional licensure with the ability to obtain licenses in multiple states.In-depth knowledge of current trends and growth areas in the AEC/LA industry.Recognized subject matter expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive, accountable professional keen on exceeding client expectations.Strong leadership experience solving complex design challenges.Ability to thrive in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as required.What We Offer:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $156,000 to $190,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
