We're seeking an experienced Landscape Architecture Department Leader to lead a talented planning and landscape architecture team in Oklahoma City. This is an excellent opportunity to mentor designers and project managers while leading impactful projects that enhance communities throughout Oklahoma and the surrounding region.
In this role, you'll oversee the design and delivery of parks, trails, streetscapes, recreation facilities, sports fields, master-planned communities, and other public and private developments. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong design expertise, project management experience, and a passion for developing people, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications:
Licensed Professional Landscape Architect (Oklahoma preferred)8+ years of progressive landscape architecture experienceProven leadership and team management experienceExperience with public and private sector projectsStrong technical design, site planning, and construction documentation skills
