Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices.
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, frameworks, and technical specifications.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continually improve Perdue Farms' systems and processes.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to system architecture.
Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for resource and time requirements.
Mentor and coach junior architects and team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to evaluate and implement new technologies and solutions.
Ensure compliance with all security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of systems and make recommendations for optimization and improvements.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the architecture team and across the organization.
Represent Perdue Farms as a technical expert in industry events and conferences.
