Principal Structural or Architectural Engineer (MS/PhD)

We are looking for experienced consultants to help lead and further expand our Structural and Architectural Engineering consulting efforts, as well as contribute to the continued growth of our practice. or Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field Significant business development experience with a proven track record Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) in at least one state Ability to attract projects to support full-time staff and to manage and develop a group of highly motivated individuals Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical engineering and project management post-graduation An outstanding professional reputation with an existing client base Experience providing expert testimony in a dispute resolution setting Significant experience in construction claims, dispute resolution, and litigation services Experience in architectural engineering and building technology is a plus, but not required Experience drafting/reviewing analysis, reports, and presentations Effective leadership skills with the ability to positively interact with professionals, technical staff, and administrative staff Outstanding professional reputation and a record of publications Strong client base in similar market areas A dedication to quality and accuracy In our offices, you can expect a supportive culture and a collaborative, dynamic, multi-disciplinary work environment.
