At Eichleay, we are building a dynamic talent network for Process Architects (Project Architect / Mid Architect level) with over 5 years of experience. Our architecture team collaborates closely with multi-disciplinary engineering groups to provide comprehensive facility and industrial design solutions. We cover a range of sectors including life sciences, food & beverage, advanced manufacturing, energy, and industrial environments, ensuring our architectural designs harmonize with process, safety, and operational requirements.

What You Will Do:

Lead or support building surveys, programming, and the development of material and personnel flows.Create 3D models and architectural drawings using Revit 3D and AutoCAD.Collaborate with the lead architect to produce architectural drawings throughout all design phases.Produce complete construction document packages.Conduct building code analysis, life safety evaluations, and accessibility compliance reviews.Work closely with engineers, designers, and project teams in a multi-discipline setting.Perform materials research, design studies, and create technical documentation.Support planning activities related to scope, budgets, and schedules.Engage in client interactions and project meetings, presenting innovative design solutions.Contribute to proposal development and define technical approaches.Guide designers, drafters, and design assist partners when necessary.Ensure quality control through self-checking and adherence to established standards.Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a CAB-accredited program (or equivalent as recognized by CAB).Licensed Architect in California or the ability to obtain licensure.Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and architectural practices.Proficient knowledge of: California Building Code, Energy Code, and ADA regulations.Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with other tools is beneficial.Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.Preferred Experience:

Experience in industrial, life sciences, or facility design projects that involve manufacturing and lab equipment.Collaborative experience within multi-discipline EPC/EPCM teams.Familiarity with cleanroom, GMP, or regulated environments.Ability to manage multiple small tasks or segments of complex projects.On-site experience at active construction locations or in gathering existing conditions information.Core Expectations:

Work may be conducted in an office, client site, or industrial/construction environment.Occasional requirements include: standing, walking, reaching, climbing, or lifting up to 25 lbs.Travel to client sites or project locations may be necessary.Overtime may be required based on project demands.Must adhere to all client site safety and operational protocols.Client / Project Requirements:
