As a Process Architecture Specialist, you'll be a vital part of our team, working directly with industry-leading engineers and contributing to meaningful projects. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional eager to make a difference.

In this role, you'll participate in a variety of activities spanning from initial feasibility studies to the creation of detailed design documents and providing swift technical assistance during construction. We're searching for a candidate who excels at client interactions, supporting our Architecture Subject Matter Experts in producing feasibility studies, conceptual designs, and master plans.

Key responsibilities include:

Drafting detailed construction documentationCreating 3D visualizations to facilitate client decision-makingCoordinating with in-house engineering teams throughout the design processDemonstrating strong skills in CAD/BIM, particularly in Revit and Sketch-UpBring your creativity, ambition, and meticulous attention to detail, and we'll help you unlock your potential while working together to deliver extraordinary solutions for a better future.

Here's what you'll need:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Architecture schoolA minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experienceProficiency in Revit and experience with the complete project process from programming through to construction documentationAbility to operate independently as well as within a collaborative team across various locationsWillingness to engage in a hybrid work environment, with at least 2 days in the officeExperience in construction administration tasks (responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, preparing reports)A strong command of graphic software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)Proficiency in Navisworks, Revizto, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam RevuMust be a U.S. CitizenIdeally, you’ll also have:

Experience with Life Sciences projects, particularly in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilitiesFamiliarity with industry standards and cGMP requirementsKeen interest in sustainable design practices (LEED)Involvement in professional or community associationsExperience in business development and marketingThe ability to innovate, contributing to modern techniques and standardsPosted Salary Range: Minimum $110,600.00 - Upper $185,000.00
