Process Solutions Architect

A company is looking for a Process Solutions Architect III. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain processes and projects, serving as the primary liaison between clients and IT teams Provide documentation and reporting to keep stakeholders informed and serve as a subject matter expert for Facets application areas Analyze business problems, develop recommendations, and create automated functions to meet compliance requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred, or 10 years of experience in Facets data administration if no degree 12+ years of TriZetto Facets data model/procedure experience required Experience in system automation (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform, T-SQL) is necessary Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work independently without direct supervision Azure administration experience and Citrix experience are a plus
