Lead Procurement Manager - Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day procurement activities across multiple projects.Oversee sourcing, purchasing, logistics, delivery coordination, and installation activities.Serve as the primary procurement lead for project teams and client coordination.Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and service providers.Negotiate pricing, freight terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.Monitor procurement budgets, schedules, and overall project performance.Resolve procurement-related challenges including delays, damages, substitutions, and vendor issues.Coordinate installation activities and ensure exceptional project execution.Collaborate closely with interior designers, project managers, accounting, vendors, and clients.Mentor and support junior procurement staff while helping improve procurement processes and best practices.
