Product Design and Architect Engineer

Job Overview MUST have 5+ years of specific experience listed We’re working on behalf of a confidential client that’s building a more scalable, configurable product platform. If you like defining module boundaries, keeping interfaces clean, and turning strategy into CAD that manufacturing can actually build, this Product Design and Architecture Engineer role is worth a look. Design modules and sub-systems using modular design principles (interfaces, envelopes, variant rules) Maintain module structures and support configured offerings through rules-based tools/configurators (PALMA exposure is a plus) Create and release 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings; support change control and downstream structures Drive DFM/DFA input early with manufacturing and sourcing to protect cost and buildability Support risk reviews (DFMEA/PFMEA) tied to module and interface changes Assist with prototype builds, validation, and launch support to ensure designs meet requirements
