Assists in the development of and/or reviews project program and scope requirements with client, inhouse design team or outside consultants. Works with inhouse design staff to provide technical knowledge, as required. Related work experience in design of architectural systems for buildings in accordance with the following schedule and with increasing senior level organizational and business responsibilities: Develops design and construction documents based on construction feasibility, estimated cost, code requirements, and design program requirements within allotted manhours and schedule. Obtains field measurements, documents site conditions and determines budgetary and time constraints in order to prepare preliminary plans and cost estimates and develop final construction drawings, specifications, and costs.
