• Assists in the development of and/or reviews project program and scope requirements with client, inhouse design team or outside consultants. • Works with inhouse design staff to provide technical knowledge, as required. Work Experience: • Develops design and construction documents based on construction feasibility, estimated cost, code requirements, and design program requirements within allotted manhours and schedule. • Obtains field measurements, documents site conditions and determines budgetary and time constraints in order to prepare preliminary plans and cost estimates and develop final construction drawings, specifications, and costs.
