We have received a Notice of Violation from Roaring Brook Township (dated 4/9/2026) requiring a Pennsylvania-licensed architect or structural engineer to review, stamp, and certify construction work at an active residential build site.
Site: 305 Summit Woods Rd, Roaring Brook, PA 18444
This engagement can be conducted remotely via video review. We will provide detailed video walkthroughs of all areas in question, supplemented by photos, drawings, and any additional documentation you require.
Scope of work:
Porch framing review
Framing around plumbing review
New staircase to third floor — structural review
Full house design review per 2018 IRC (R 301, R 301.1.3)
Stamped drawings required for resubmission to township building code official
Requirements:
Must hold active PA architecture or PE (structural) license
Remote/video review accepted — physical site visit preferred, but not required
Must be able to respond within 30-day violation cure window
Experience with residential IRC compliance preferred
Preferred timeline: Video review within 10 days or sooner. Stamped drawings within 25 days or sooner.
