Program Architect – ADMS

The Program Architect will own and coordinate the end-to-end program architecture across multiple projects, systems, platforms, and delivery teams. 8–10+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or senior technical leadership.Proven experience leading architecture for large-scale, multi-project enterprise programs.Previous Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Program Architect experience with direct delivery accountability.Strong understanding of:Distributed and integrated systemsApplication architectureData architectureCloud and/or hybrid environmentsEnterprise integrationSecurity-by-designNon-functional requirementsAbility to reason across application, platform, infrastructure, and operations domains.Demonstrated ability to lead and influence without direct authority.Strong decision-making skills in complex and ambiguous environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with executives, program leadership, architects, engineers, vendors, and delivery teams. You should be comfortable coordinating multiple architecture teams, resolving complex integration and architectural dependencies, challenging technical decisions when necessary, and partnering with program leadership to deliver business outcomes. Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Downtown Dallas three days per week and attend the required face-to-face interview.
