Program Management • Support and direct the delivery execution team to facilitate workflow development, project scope development and risk assessment, issues resolution, and work forecasting and planning. • Utilize program management skills including communication, presentation, time management, organization, and planning to successfully achieve program goals and objectives and program deliverables. Operations Management • In support with Delivery Manager, develop strategy for the client portfolio and direct and manage the operations for the account or location with overall responsibility for account growth and gross profit. • Support quarterly and annual business reviews with client stakeholders and Actalent Services executives.
