Join our team as a Project Manager, where you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of complex Observability implementation projects for our customers. This role is critical to translating the promise of our intelligent platform into tangible, realized business value for our customers. You will drive outcomes that ensure the customer achieves their desired technical and business goals.Scope & Risk Management: Define clear project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with sales and technical teams. You will provide transparent, regular updates on project status, financials, and milestones.Team and Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal and external technical resources (e.g., Solution Consultants, Engineers, Partner resources) to ensure effective resource allocation and task execution across all phases of the project.Commercial & Financial Oversight: Oversee the commercial aspects of the project, including monitoring project budget burn-rate, managing Statements of Work (SoW), tracking resource time & expenses, and ensuring timely invoicing based on project milestones. This role requires Project Management Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT services or enterprise software industry, with a proven track record of managing technical implementation projects successfully.Observability Market Knowledge: Experience within the Observability, APM, or related Cloud Infrastructure/DevOps market is highly desirable.
