Project Architect 03103

The Project Architect will be responsible for managing projects from initial investigation and design through construction administration, while also providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of existing buildings and challenging roof projects while developing long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities Manage projects from initial investigation and project development through construction administration and closeout. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. We inspect, design, and provide project management and asset management for more than thirty million square feet of roofing annually, with projects ranging from large university campuses, state and municipal facilities, historic properties, and other commercial buildings.
