Proficiency in Architecture and a strong understanding of design principles and building systemsExperience in Project Management and handling SubmittalsFamiliarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, Revit, AutoCAD and its applicationsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsA professional degree in architecture and architectural licensure is a must.Experience with client-facing roles and managing construction documentation are beneficial
