The Architect will be responsible for interfacing with clients, developing and executing programming exercises, and leading schematic design through construction documentation for a wide variety of project types. The Architect will also engage in client communication, code and ordinance review, meeting permitting requirements including energy code compliance, project documentation, product selection and specification coordination, and design team coordination throughout the design and construction process. Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in a Project Architect or similar role. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with Revit and SketchUp; experience with other design and construction management software a plus.
