Project Architect

Job Summary • Works under direction of the Principal-In-Charge, responsible for project design; coordinates project with design team and consultants of all phases of the project. • Develops and implements operating policies, procedures and systems to support planned operations. • Motivates and monitors the progress of work performed by project staff. • Preferred Experience: 15 years • Licensure: Must be a Kentucky Licensed Architect (Or able to obtain reciprocity within three months of hire) • Accreditation: LEED Accredited Preferred • Ownership Eligibility: 3-5 years of consecutive service with proven ability, may be eligible for Senior Associate and/or Ownership status. • Project Management - Develops department plans; Coordinates staff; Communicates changes and progress; manages client project activities.
