Our Miami studio is growing, and we are seeking a Project Architect / Technical Designer – Architecture to join our Architecture team. You will serve as a technical leader within project teams, mentoring junior staff while ensuring that documentation, BIM coordination, and consultant integration meet OBMI’s quality standards. Lead the development of technical documentation and construction drawing packagesTranslate design concepts into buildable architectural solutionsCoordinate with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and interior consultantsEnsure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirementsDevelop and manage BIM models and coordinated documentation in RevitMaintain organized and accurate drawing sets, documentation logs, and revision historiesPrepare and coordinate permit submission packagesTrack project milestones and coordinate documentation across project phasesReview and coordinate consultant models and drawingsPerform QA/QC reviews to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with OBMI standardsMentor junior team members and provide technical guidanceSupport construction phases through shop drawing reviews, RFIs, and site coordinationWho We’re Looking For You are: You’ll join a globally recognized design practice known for shaping distinctive destinations and hospitality environments around the world.
