Bachelor's degree in Architecture & Architect licensure in good standingAt least 8 years of relevant architectural work experience.Residential architectural design experience through all design phases preferred with an understanding and knowledge of the materials and detailing.Resort, hospitality, and recreational project experience a plus.Design skills that will engage with our IMAGINE | DESIGN | BUILD studio approach.Proficiency in Revit with minimum 5 years hands-on experienceProficiency in Navisworks a plus.Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop and InDesign a plus.Experience in contract administration a plus.Experience with commercial or institutional projects a plus.Working knowledge of building codes and regulations, including ADA and Title 24.Experience with Sustainable design.
