Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.Provide technical guidance to less experienced architects. Other related duties as assigned by Partner(s).Non‑Essential DutiesAttend organization and community events on behalf of STITCH, as requested.Minimum Qualifications Undergraduate or graduate degree in architecture.6+ years of experience as an Architect; certification as a licensed professional Architect required.Proficiency with BIM software (Revit preferred); 3D modeling software (Sketch Up preferred); Microsoft Office 365.Strong organization and communication skills.Creative problem solver with a passion for design and attention to detail.Strong project management skills, including client management, proposals, fees, etc.Hold a valid driver’s license.Working Conditions/Physical DemandsCharacteristics of working conditions and physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
