We are seeking a dedicated individual with 3 to 7 years of experience in the field, who is eager to contribute to our innovative projects and take on significant responsibilities within our design and construction team.ResponsibilitiesPlay a key role in the management of design and construction projects, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards, project schedules, and budgets.Utilize your expertise to contribute to the development and implementation of effective design strategies that meet project goals and client requirements.Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project approvals and successful outcomes.Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the design and construction phases.Mentor and support fellow team members, fostering a collaborative work environment and contributing to their professional development.Requirements3 to 7 years of experience in architecture.Knowledge of architectural design software, such as Revit, is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented approach to work and proactive problem-solving abilities.A portfolio showcasing successful projects and design achievements.Join our team and be a part of shaping the growth and success of our Long Island City office.
