Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Project Architect to join our collaborative team and lead diverse projects from concept through construction administration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead space planning, code analysis, and building design for housing, commercial, and educational facilitiesDevelop detailed construction documents and specificationsCoordinate with engineering disciplines and consultantsManage project schedules, budgets, and client communicationsConduct construction administration and site observationsQualifications

Licensed Architect (or ability to obtain licensure within two years)Proficiency in Revit preferredStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProven team player with collaborative approach to problem-solvingCommitment to supporting colleagues, responding to client needs, and contributing to firm successAbility to work effectively across disciplines and defer to management direction when appropriateFamiliarity with emerging AI tools for design, rendering, or documentation a plusExperience with educational, commercial, or residential projects preferredCompensation
