Project Architect

Develop architectural drawings from design for residential and commercial buildings Ensure all designs comply with NYC codes and applicable local regulations Assist with filing applications and submissions through NYC DOB and other municipal jurisdictions, including upstate online portals Visit project sites to verify existing conditions and support construction administration efforts Conduct field observations and coordinate with contractors during construction Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and site conditions Coordinate with engineers, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery Review and revise drawings based on plan examiner comments and field conditions Participate in internal QA/QC review Bachelor’s of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) 3+ years of architectural experience preferred Working knowledge of NYC codes and permitting processes Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD/Revit preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects Work Requirements Full-time, in-office position (Brooklyn, NY) Must be available to work on-site 5 days per week
