Project Architect

Experience will clearly show a strong creative design portfolio along with strong project leadership. Candidates will demonstrate technical knowledge of complex building systems and structures that would be required by institutional, civic, mixed use and other similar entities. Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and characteristics: Skills: Strong design sensibility and approach Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills A collaborator with leadership and client liaison experience Well-established skills working with consultants and coordinating team efforts A deadline and detail-oriented work ethic Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Revit Proficiency in 3D imaging design software is preferred LEED AP is a plus
