Project Architect

The right candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of overall Architectural experience in efficient and aggressive project delivery methods. The successful candidate for this position will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of architects, engineers, planners, and designers on a large variety of project types. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in architecture Licensed Architect or the ability to gain licensure within 12 months BIM experience - Proficient in Revit 5-15 years of architecture experience Working knowledge of construction techniques and coordinating details Detail oriented Working knowledge of coordination with project engineering disciplines Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Experience in development of Opinion of Probable Construction Costs at various stages of project development. Experience with Design-Build Project Delivery Experience with Request for Proposal - RFP solicitations and project development Working knowledge of National Building Codes and Federal Design criteria. Experience: 5 years required
