Project Architect

The Project Architect will oversee multiple affordable multi-family projects from start to finish, coordinating design, scheduling, and construction to ensure on-time, compliant and on-budget delivery that aligns with Elmington’s standards and overall vision. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 7-10 years of professional experience in multifamily residential, student housing, hospitality, commercial or related market sectors. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability. Ensure integration of zoning requirements and jurisdictional regulations into site planning.
