Project Architect

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and innovative Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The Project Architect will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. Lead the design process for architectural projects, from initial concept through to final construction.Draft detailed architectural plans and specifications using software such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD.Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.Coordinate with construction management teams to oversee the renovation and building processes.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications willing to travel.Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.Professional licensure as an architect is preferred but not mandatory.Proficiency in architectural software including Bluebeam and AutoCADStrong understanding of construction management principles and practices.Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail in design documentation.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.Bilingual preferredJob Type: Full-time 8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededWork Location: In person
