The Project Architect will participate in all project phases, from conceptual design through construction administration, coordinating architectural documentation and ensuring design intent is maintained. Qualifications Strong architectural foundation with experience in design development, construction documents, and construction administration, including handling submittals and RFIs.Proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software (e.g., Revit) and related digital design tools.Knowledge of sustainable design principles; LEED accreditation or experience contributing to LEED-certified projects is preferred.Demonstrated project management skills, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams, schedule tracking, and communication with clients and consultants.Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; progress toward professional licensure is strongly preferred.Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and technical detailing, with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in an integrated team environment, and willingness to mentor emerging professionals.Experience with Chicago-area projects or similar urban environments is a plus.
