Strong expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)Proficiency in managing Submittals and overseeing Construction DocumentationSkilled in Project Management and team collaborationFamiliarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable designExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesLicensed Architect preferredProficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools is a plusExperience with design/build project delivery is advantageousBachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field required
