Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Project Architect to lead and manage assigned projects from concept to completion. This hybrid role is based in Wake Forest, NC, and allows for a combination of in-office collaboration and remote work. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, producing construction documents, coordinating with consultants, reviewing submittals, and ensuring project compliance with schedule, budget, and regulations. The Project Architect will also oversee construction administration, participate in project meetings, and assist with integrating sustainable design principles where applicable.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)Proficiency in managing Submittals and overseeing Construction DocumentationSkilled in Project Management and team collaborationFamiliarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable designExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesLicensed Architect preferredProficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools is a plusExperience with design/build project delivery is advantageousBachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field required
