This individual works under the authority of the Architect of Record or acts as the Architect of Record for assigned projects. This responsibility includes interior design, furniture, signage, and site design as well as project drawings, code analysis, and site development documentation.Project Management: Manages the interface between all architectural and engineering disciplines and the project leadership team by coordinating project requirements and documentation to ensure alignment with the project scope including design, quality, schedule, and budget, and in adherence to applicable codes and regulations.Project Programming & Analysis: Works with the Project Executive and other leaders to develop the project program; ensure compliance and alignment of the project charter throughout the project; and, coordinate the architectural content of the project analysis.Performance Management: Works with team members to establish clear goals and expectations, provides ongoing feedback, develops skills and knowledge of team members, and rewards people for their behavior and results. Leadership: Champion ERDMAN’s Vision, Mission, Goals, Values, and Service Offerings so as to inspire others to reach beyond their own expectations.Architecture: The knowledge to plan, design, manage, and review construction, development, or manipulation of a physical environment for practical or creative objectives, such as buildings, landscapes, and/or other physical property.Client-Based Project Management: The process of planning, coordinating, and controlling of a project from consulting to completion. Client-based project management is aimed at meeting a client's requirements to produce a functionally and financially viable project.Communications: The ability to clearly organize and express information and idea to meet the needs of the organization in an appropriate fashion, with sensitivity to the audience on content and context.Document Preparation & Control: The process of preparing and maintaining appropriate paper and electronic documents needed for ERDMAN to complete business transactions. 5-8 years relevant work experience, including previous experience with healthcare or senior living architecture.Understanding of the requirements for different construction types and applications for all types of engineering system designs, construction sequencing and priorities, and costs of different materials and systems.Proficient with accessibility, building, life safety codes, and AIA guidelines for healthcare or senior living facilities.Proficient with Autodesk Revit software.
