This role will contribute to a variety of projects across multiple program types and scales, leading project coordination and technical execution from early design through construction administration. Strong candidates with demonstrated technical and project leadership experience may also be considered for our Washington, DC studio. Responsibilities Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery. Develop, coordinate, and oversee drawing sets, technical documentation, and project specifications. Support project delivery by helping manage schedules, budgets, staffing coordination, and project milestones in collaboration with Project Managers and firm leadership.
