Compensation: $60,000 – $95,000 annually DOE
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead projects through schematic design, construction documents, and administrationCoordinate with clients, consultants, and internal design teamsManage multiple commercial and residential projects simultaneouslyProduce technical drawings and construction documentationOversee detailing, specifications, and project qualitySupport project timelines, budgets, and deliverablesCollaborate with architects, designers, and firm leadership
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
Be able to do the job as described.Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited programCommercial architecture project experienceStrong technical detailing and construction documentation skillsPortfolio or portfolio website requiredLicensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferredExperience with Vectorworks, SketchUp, or transferable CAD platforms
