Project Architect

**Responsibilities**

* Lead architectural design and documentation from concept to construction
* Oversee construction administration (submittals, RFIs)
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain project documentation and quality standards
* Develop design solutions aligned with project goals and constraints
* Partner with the Project Manager to deliver milestones on time and within budget
* Facilitate team communication and provide leadership, mentorship, and direction

**Qualifications**

* **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture** (required)
* **8–10 years of experience**
* **Experience with large-scale projects (sports, entertainment, hospitality, or student facilities)**
* Licensed Architect (may consider those close to licensure)
* Knowledge of codes, construction methods, and documentation processes
* Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong communication skills
