Lead projects through all phases of design and construction, serving as the primary architectural resource for assigned projects. Professional degree in Architecture.5-7 years of residential architectural experience.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience developing construction documents for custom residential projects.Knowledge of building codes, zoning requirements, and permitting processes.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
