Project Architect

Job Title: Project Architect Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of impactful projects across a range of sectors. Lead design vision, technical direction, and documentation for complex architectural projects.Mentor and guide interdisciplinary project teams.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members to align design intent and execution.Oversee quality, consistency, and performance from concept through construction.Represent projects in client presentations, stakeholder meetings, and design discussions.Contribute to broader design and technical initiatives across the organization.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit.Experience in architectural design, construction administration, design development, schematic design, and construction documentation.10+ years of professional architectural experience.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsLicensure preferred.Familiarity with additional design/BIM tools such as SketchUp is a plus.Experience across multiple project types; civic and/or historic project experience preferred.Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and manage complex project scopes.Work EnvironmentStandard Monday through Friday schedule with a 9/80 work schedule, allowing every other Friday off adjusted to align with holidays for long weekends.
